Sākot ar 2017.gada 1. oktobri visos būvlaukumos, kuros tiek celtas jaunās 3 grupas vai veikti būvdarbi virs 1 milj EUR, ir jāierīko Elektroniskās darba laika uzskaites sistēma – saīsinājumā EDLUS saskaņā ar likumu Par nodokļiem un nodevām. Work Hour EDLUS ir elektroniska sistēma, kurā tiek nodrošināta būvlaukumā nodarbināto personu darba laika elektroniska reģistrācija, uzskaite un reģistrēto datu glabāšana. Work Hour EDLUS tiek rēģistrēti apmeklējuma laiks un ilgums arī būvlaukuma apmeklētājiem. Būvlaukumā nedrīkst atrasties neviena Work Hour EDLUS sistēmā nereģistrēta persona. Latvijas Būvuzņēmēju Partnerības biedri izmanto uzņēmuma Datu Tehnoloģiju grupas (DTG) izveidotu Work Hour EDLUS sistēmu. Latvijas Būvuzņēmēju Partnerība (LBP), kas attiecīgi uztur arī Work Hour EDLUS datu bāzi un ir Work Hour EDLUS sistēmas turētājs. Work Hour EDLUS mobilās aplikācijas darbības apraksts Būvlaukumā nodarbinātas personas identificēšanai tiek izmantots individuāls identifikācijas līdzeklis (turpmāk IIL), kas nodrošina būvlaukumā nodarbinātas personas identificēšanu un darba laika reģistrēšanu elektroniskās darba laika uzskaites sistēmā. Kā viens no iespējamiem IIL var tikt izmantots mobilā aplikācija Work Hour EDLUS a. Būvobjekta nodarbinātās personas līmenī b. Būvobjekta brigadiera līmenī c. Būvobjekta atbildīgās personas līmenī Būvobjekta atbildīgajai personai ir šādas funkcijas Work Hour EDLUS sistēmā: • Uzņēmuma darbinieku reģistrēšana ; • Uzņēmuma darbinieku identifikācijas līdzekļu IIL piesaistīšana; • Iespeja attālināti veikt darbinieku darba laika uzsākšanu un pabeigšanu. • Iespēja reģistrēt viesus; Būvobjekta brigadieris veiks šādas darbības sistēmā • Uzņēmuma darbinieku darba laika reģistrēšana • Iespēja reģistrēt viesus Būvlaukumā nodarbinātās personas • Darba ņēmēji vai piesaistītās personas, kas būvlaukumā veic darbu būvdarbu līguma izpildei, reģistrē savu darba laiku Work Hour EDLUS, kā vienu no reģistrēšānās veidiem izmantojot mobilo aplikāciju Work Hour EDLUS. Work Hour EDLUS sistēmas pārbaudes • Būvuzņēmējs vai tā pārstāvis ir tiesīgs veikt neplānotās EDLUS pārbaudes būvlaukumā, izmantojot mobilo aplikāciju.
