nautic.lu is the app for leisure boaters on the Moselle – from Schengen to Koblenz, focused on the Luxembourg stretch. TRIP Record your trip: position, course, speed, river kilometre, upbound or downbound. The map shows the river, locks, harbours, fuel stations and bridges with clearance heights. Mark spots you want to remember and export the trip as GPX. GO OUT TODAY? An honest assessment of today's conditions: wind, gusts, visibility, rain, thunderstorms, gauge level and trend, daylight and season – rated for your boat (open boat, sports boat or cabin cruiser). Plus the current notices to skippers (ELWIS) around your position. RADIO In an emergency every second counts. Describe what is happening in your own words and the app builds the complete radio call according to the inland waterways radio handbook – with your boat, call sign, kilometre and the right channel. In German, French or English, to read out or have read aloud. Also: all VHF channels on the Moselle, lock channels and phone numbers, distress scheme (MAYDAY / PAN PAN / SÉCURITÉ), standard phrases, phonetic alphabet, emergency numbers and an exam trainer.
