DryEyeGuide

Use your phone to check your eyes, compare results from different weeks and keep a record of the drops and routines you use. With DryEyeGuide, you can see your history and show it at your next optician or eye doctor visit. CHECK YOUR EYES AT HOME Follow guided photo and video checks of your tear film and blinking. Your results are saved, so each check adds to a history you can come back to. COMPARE YOUR RESULTS See changes in charts and compare two periods in Insights. Select the drops, products and routines you have logged to see them alongside your results. Keep track of what you used and when, and see how your results varied during that time. SHOW YOUR HISTORY AT YOUR NEXT VISIT Give your optician or eye doctor a clearer account of what you have tried. Open your results, product names and routine history during the appointment, without having to recall every detail. KEEP UP WITH DAILY EYE CARE Set reminders for your drops and routines. Follow step-by-step blink exercises, warm compresses, eyelid care and screen breaks, with voice guidance available. Tick off completed routines and keep a record of the products you use. UNDERSTAND YOUR EYE CARE Read the research behind the routines. Ask Clara about everyday eye care or send a photo of a product label for help understanding the ingredients. DryEyeGuide is intended for personal self-care and information, not for diagnosing, monitoring or treating eye disease. Comparisons do not establish whether a product or routine caused a change. The app does not replace an eye examination or advice from an optician or eye doctor. Available in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, French, Spanish and Korean.
