Full description
Turn your daily walk into an adventure GoingNow transforms the streets, parks, and paths of your neighborhood into a living, hidden world — full of secret messages, contested territories, mysterious stories, and virtual wildlife waiting to be discovered Drop Messages. Leave Your Mark As you walk, drop geolocated messages anywhere along your route — a photo, a thought, a clue. Only people who physically walk past that spot will ever find it. Your words become part of the city's hidden layer, waiting for the right explorer to stumble across them Claim Territory. Defend Your Turf Walk the boundary of any area and claim it as your own. Parks, blocks, your favorite coffee spot, if you can walk it, you can own it. But watch out: other walkers can contest your claims. The more you walk, the more you hold Discover Hidden Stories The world is full of stories left by others. Tap into narrative threads that only reveal themselves as you move through the city. Each walk is a chance to uncover something new: * a joke * a secret * a local legend - placed exactly where someone wanted you to find it Encounter Virtual Animals Wild creatures roam the map during your trips. Spot them on your path, get close enough to interact, and feed the ones you find. Each animal you care for earns you a collector's card. Some animals thrive; others don't make it. Discover what's out there before it's too late. Track Every Walk. Every trip is recorded with distance, duration, and pace. Watch your stats grow over time and see your routes mapped out as a personal history of everywhere you've been. Earn Achievements. Build Streaks. GoingNow rewards consistency. Walk regularly, hit milestones, unlock achievements, and keep your streak alive. The more you explore, the more the app opens up. Connect With Friends. See where your friends have been, find their messages, and challenge them for territory. Walking is better when there's friendly competition around the corner. The city is full of things you've never noticed. Start walking.
