RoostDay - Invite & Album

An invitation that stays as an album. RoostDay turns a mobile invitation into the shared album of the gathering it opened. After the day is over, the photos scatter across everyone's phones. RoostDay brings them back into one place and rebuilds the day in the order it actually happened. ■ Beautiful invitations, free · Pick a template — classic to natural — and it is done. · Guests install nothing and sign up for nothing. The link just opens. · A map, RSVP and a guestbook live inside the invitation itself. · Weddings, birthdays, first birthdays, housewarmings, reunions, offsites. ■ A shared album everyone fills · Photos from many people merge into one timeline by the moment they were taken — not by who uploaded first. · The app uploads originals. Nothing is downscaled, so quality and capture data survive. · Near-duplicate shots are found for you and cleared in one pass. · Photos with location data can be browsed on a map. · Download a whole album as a single ZIP. ■ Where the group keeps going · A group chat runs underneath the photos. · Plan the next date, poll for a day, split what to bring — all in one place. · New photos and news arrive as notifications. · One invite code, no limit on how many members join. ■ How the photos are kept safe · Only members of a group can upload or view its photos. Knowing a URL is not enough to open someone else's album. · GPS is stripped from the original file right after upload. The coordinate we keep is rounded to roughly 1km, which cannot point at a home or a building. · Deleted photos wait 15 days in the trash, so a mistake is undoable. · Invitations and albums are kept out of search engines. ■ Pricing Creating and keeping a group is free, forever, with no limit on members. You only pay for a single album when you want to extend how long its originals are kept — and when one member pays, the whole group gets it.
