Fury Note is an emotion journaling app that helps you safely record sudden bursts of anger and look back later to better understand your emotional patterns. Choose how angry you feel right now using emoji-based intensity levels, and briefly log the cause by selecting a category such as family, relationships, work, people, or driving. If writing feels difficult, you can leave a voice memo instead. You can also set reminder notifications to check back later and see how that emotion has changed over time. Your entries are saved as private notes by default. Whenever you want, you can share them to the anonymous feed to connect with others who've experienced similar situations, empathize, or exchange comments. You can manage your own posts and comments directly within the app. The statistics screen lets you review anger records by period, changes in intensity, the distribution of causes by category, and entries by date. By observing recurring situations and emotional patterns, you can gain clearer insight into "what tends to make me angry." The Calm tab offers short routines you can try right away whenever anger lingers. Use the 4-7-8 breathing exercise, a 10-minute timeout, guided imagery meditation, or emotional regulation guides to slow your reaction and gently calm your body and mind. Fury Note works without sign-up, and your personal records are stored on your device by default. You can back up or transfer your data to a new device through export and import features, and optional in-app purchases let you remove ads and unlock data export.
