(자세한 내용은 스마트DUR+ 결제데이터 복구 메뉴에서 확인 가능합니다.) 그동안 스마트DUR을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. *** 스마트DUR+ 출시 공지 **** 처방약 적정성 검토를 할 수 있는 모바일 앱 “스마트DUR+” (약물사용적정성검토)은 약 복용 전 약물 부작용 및 주의사항을 확인하여 올바른 약 복용법을 제시해 줍니다. 약물상호작용이 일어날 약물은 없는지, 용량이 적합한지, 치료군간의 약물 중복은 없는지, 연령대별, 임부•수유부의 주의사항은 없는지를 검토해줍니다. 뿐만 아니라 주의할 음식물은 무엇인지, 그리고 약 복용 시 주의사항은 무엇인지를 확인할 수 있습니다. 스마트DUR+의 약물정보는 국제의료기관인증 (JCI) 평가에서 필수적인 약물관련 임상지원시스템으로 병원의 자체 전산시스템(OCS 등)에 연결하여 약물의 처방, 조제시 처방전 오류를 전산적으로 감지, 임상적 판단에 필요한 전문 의약정보를 제공하는 최첨단 약물사용 의사결정 지원시스템에 사용되는 정보입니다. 처방 약 검토내용 - 용량이 적절한가?(1일 최소/최대 용량) - 약이 중복되지 않았는가? - 약물간 상호작용은 없는가? - 소아연령대 및 노인연령대에 주의할 사항은 없는가? - 임신/수유와 관련하여 주의할 사항은 없는가? - 주의할 음식물은 무엇인가? - 복용기간은 적당한가? ---- 개발자 연락처 : FirstDIS Ltd.
