엔플사장님은 엔플 매장 관리 프로그램과 연결하여 PC방의 좌석 이용 현황, 주문·결제 내역과 매출을 확인하는 사장님용 앱입니다. ■ 좌석 이용 현황 전체 좌석, 이용 중인 좌석과 빈자리 등을 확인하여 매장이 얼마나 차 있는지 살펴볼 수 있습니다. ■ 좌석별 주문·결제 내역 몇 번 좌석에서 어떤 상품을 주문했는지, 결제 금액과 처리 상태가 무엇인지 매장에 기록된 내역을 확인할 수 있습니다. 현장 결제는 매장의 VAN 결제 시스템 등에서 처리되며 엔플사장님 앱에는 결제 기능이 없습니다. ■ 매출 모니터링 일간·주간·월간 매출과 결제수단별 내역을 조회하여 매장 운영 현황을 점검할 수 있습니다. ■ 좌석과 매장 장치 관리 권한이 부여된 매장의 좌석 상태와 지원되는 매장 장치를 확인하고 제어할 수 있습니다. 사용 가능한 기능은 매장 서버 버전과 연결된 장치에 따라 달라집니다. ■ 계정과 승인된 매장 연결 엔플 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 이용 권한이 있는 매장을 선택합니다. 새 모바일 기기는 매장 연결 승인 절차를 거칩니다. 이 앱은 엔플 매장 관리 프로그램과 연동하여 사용합니다. 정상적인 이용을 위해 계정, 매장 이용 권한, 매장 서버 연결과 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
