It opens with no internet Offshore with no signal, your gear, maintenance, plans and logbook are all still there — and you can still write to them. • Back online, what you wrote goes up and what others wrote comes down • Write it on the phone, read it on the computer • Berth data ships inside the app, so it works without a bar of signal 6.
