「Suwary（スワリー）」は、デスクを簡単にIoT化し、予約管理・利用推進ができるアプリです。オフィスにおけるフリーアドレスやABW（アクティビティ・ベースド・ワーキング）※、コワーキングスペース、シェアオフィスなどが増えるなか、さまざまな環境で活用できます。 ※ Activity Based Working：時間と場所を自由に選択できる働き方 ■はじめかた 1. 対応デスクを予約空席を探し歩く必要はありません！アプリから空いているデスクを確認・予約しましょう。 2. 時間になったらチェックイン人気のデスクも待ち時間ゼロ！予約した時間になったら対応デスクに着席、チェックイン。 3. 時間が終わったら退席回転率アップで利用促進！終了時間が来たら自動でチェックアウト。そのまま退席へ。 ■その他の便利機能・ユーザーを誘導します。プッシュ通知は予約開始時のほか、開始・終了間際のリマインド、予約終了時などに送られユーザーを誘導します。・空いている席をプッシュ通知で送ります。予め設定した時間に、ユーザーに向けて空いている席をプッシュ通知で送ります。積極的な利用をシステムがサポートして、利用効率の促進につなげます。・空予約などの無駄を解消し、効率化に役立ちます。予約時間を一定時間過ぎてもチェックインがない場合、予約はシステムにて自動キャンセルとなります。空予約などの無駄を解消し、効率化に役立ちます。・予約やチェックインのデータはシステムに蓄積予約やチェックインのデータはシステムに蓄積されるため、利用実態の把握や解析が可能になります。・GPS自動チェックアウトチェックアウトを忘れて長時間離席した場合、バックグラウンドで取得した位置情報から離席を判定して、自動的にチェックアウトします。 ■位置情報の取得について Suwaryではユーザーが位置情報の収集を許可した場合、自動チェックアウト機能を利用することができます。本機能は、ユーザーがチェックアウトを忘れた場合、位置情報により離席を検知し、別のユーザーがデスクを利用できるよう自動でチェックアウトを実行します。位置情報の取得に関するポリシーについては下記を参照ください。 https://kagu.plus.co.jp/suwary/privacy ※本アプリのご利用には通信環境の利用が必要になります。 ※本アプリは予め登録されたデスクで利用可能です。デスクを特定する技術にはPaperBeaconを利用しています。 ※本アプリは、OS6以上の端末で動作します。ただし、リリース直後の新端末や新OSについては動作保障の対象外になります。 ※本アプリはタブレットでも動作しますが、動作保障の対象外になります。 ※本アプリはBluetoothを利用しますので、ONにするようお願いします。 ※本アプリは位置情報とBluetoothを利用しますので、ONにするようお願いします。ただし、GPSの継続的な使用は、バッテリーの消費につながるためご注意ください。 ※本アプリの機能を利用いただくには、専用のログインIDが必要になります。
