A "manual" about a person, written together by the person and their family. Choose what to include for each reader, such as school, day service, hospital or family. This app is not an official municipal form. ■Write page one and 10 sections Answer the questions in "Page one", which is read first (please never do this, contact us if this happens), and in 10 sections: profile, likes and dislikes, daily activities, communication, when in a panic, senses, store-bought food they can eat, personal history, related services, and free notes. What you type is saved automatically, and you can change it any time. You do not have to fill in everything. ■Hints for writing "Communication" and "When in a panic" guide you to write in the order "what you see → the real reason → what we ask". There are also fields for what has worked and for turning troubling behavior into a helpful job. How much someone can do is written in words, not symbols or scores (can do alone, can do with a prompt, and so on). ■The "this is a manual" page A short page to show the reader as it is. It begins with "This is not a list of demands. It is a manual." and explains what the book is for. ■Hand over, adjusted for each reader There are four readers: school, day service, hospital and family. For each, choose which sections to include. By default only the minimum is included (page one, communication, when in a panic). Tap "Show" for a large-text screen you can show as it is, with a short version of the "this is a manual" page at the top. The hand-over screen and the shown pages include a note to handle the information with care. ■Today's 3 most important things The shortest card, for someone you meet only today. Write just 3 lines and show them large. ■Load a MOSHIMO Card - SOYOGI file Load a file (JSON) exported from MOSHIMO Card - SOYOGI to fill only the empty fields, such as name, contact and allergies, so you do not have to type them twice. ■Text size, colors and languages Choose from 3 text sizes, 4 color themes and 12 display languages. ■About this app One of the free welfare apps from SOYOGI, a care and support consultation service in Japan. Fully offline, anonymous, no ads, no sign-up. What you write and your settings are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere. This app is not a substitute for medical care.
