Have you ever heard a recording of your own voice and thought, “Is that really my voice?” You have heard it all your life, yet hearing it from the outside can make you notice something for the first time. RIBMA is a three-minute experience designed to shift your vantage point outside yourself and observe who you are right now. ■ What you do with RIBMA From a point outside yourself, observe: ・What are you thinking right now? ・How are you feeling? ・What is happening in your body? You do not need to search for answers or dig into the reasons why. First, simply recognize what is there. RIBMA is a small entry point for doing just that. ■ Why look from the “outside”? An instrument needs regular tuning, whether it is being played or not. Its condition naturally shifts little by little in response to its environment. We, too, continue to change little by little in the course of everyday life. RIBMA is not an app designed to return you to any particular state. It is about shifting your vantage point outside yourself and seeing what state you are in right now. That is what these three minutes are for. ■ How to use RIBMA ・Each experience takes about three minutes ・It progresses with narration, background music, and video ・Binaural beats are used. We recommend using earphones or headphones during the experience ・No account registration is required ・The first time you open RIBMA, it downloads the video and audio (about 50 MB). On Wi‑Fi, leave the app open for about five minutes, then close it and open it again. ・On older phones, starting before the download finishes can cause the narration or music to cut out. ・Anything you write down is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers ■ Before using RIBMA Do not use RIBMA while driving or operating machinery or a vehicle.
