本アプリは日本不整脈心電学会が作成した、医師を対象としたアプリです。循環器特に不整脈疾患の診療をする際に、診療アシスタントの役割をしてくれます。 [計算機]はクレアチニンクリアランスやeGFR、BMI、適正エネルギー摂取量、体表面積が計算できます。 [診断]ではデルタ波の極性による副伝導路の部位診断、心室期外収縮の起源予測、心房頻拍の起源予測、wide QRS頻拍の鑑別ができます。 [参照＆ツール]では、循環器薬の腎機能低下時の減量方法、デバイス植込み時に関する身体障害者申請について記載があります。 [心房細動リスクスコア]では心房細動の脳梗塞リスクとして、CHADS2スコア、CHADS2-VｓSCスコア、HELT-E2S2スコア、大出血のリスクとしてHAS-BLEDスコア、ORBITスコア、ATRIAスコア、HEMORR2HAGESスコア、そして心房細動罹病予測確率とリスクスコア（吹田モデル）が収載されています。 [DOAC]は直接経口抗凝固薬の減量基準の記載、用量計算機は患者さんの背景を入力すると推奨用量が算出できます。さらにDOACの併用注意、禁忌についても記載があります。 [ガイドライン]は日本循環器学会、日本不整脈心電学会合同ガイドラインの2021年フォーカスアップデート版不整脈非薬物治療ガイドライン、2020年改訂版不整脈薬物治療ガイドライン、2018年改訂版不整脈非薬物治療ガイドラインの３つのPDFを収載しています。 免責事項 本アプリの使用及びそれに基づく医学的な決定を行う際には、必ず医師にご相談ください。
