チャットプラスは、ホームページに訪れたお客様からのお問い合わせをチャットで受け付けるために開発されたアプリです。Webサービス「チャットプラス」で登録したIDとパスワードを入力しておくと、Webサービスと連携し、訪問者からチャットメッセージが来た際に、アプリで通知を受け取ることができるようになります。また、アプリからチャットを返信することができますので、外出時などでも、すぐにチャットに対応することができるようになります。シンプルなデザインで使い勝手の良さを重視。動作も軽く、直感的に利用できます。チャット一覧チャット中のユーザを一覧で表示します。訪問者の名前、どのホームページを閲覧しているか、IPアドレス情報、国情報、端末のOS、ブラウザ情報を閲覧することができます。チャットチャットのやり取りを表示します。訪問者にチャットメッセージを送信できます。プロフィールチャットを受け付けるか(オンライン)、受け付けないか(オフライン)を選択できます。
