最大4つの軍が入り乱れて戦う成金大作戦シリーズの決定版2で、水陸両用車などの新ユニットも登場します。軍が増えたことと、ユニットが追加されたことにより、これまで以上に多彩なステージが楽しめます。無料でも3ステージ(4つの軍が登場するステージもあり)遊べまし、追加で新マップの取得も可能で、非常に多くのマップで遊ぶことが可能です。一度取得したマップの拡張マップを取得すれば、カスタムプレーで赤軍や緑軍をプレーしたり、複数の軍を人間がプレーしたりするなど任意の条件で遊べるようになります。通常マップ1を継続セールしています！良ければどうぞ！注意：赤青マップと対人マップは最初からカスタムプレーが可能です。また、赤青マップは成金大作戦決定版で配布しているマップの改良マップ(ユニットが追加や地形が変わっているなど)となります。補足：オプションのメイン操作を画面内タッチにすると、横画面時にマップ端を画面タップで選択可能になります。また、マスのタッチ選択で意図しない位置が選択されることが多い場合、終了画面よりタッチ位置の調整を行えば、意図した位置が非常に選択されやすくなります。
