The 'Junban App' is an application that allows easy reception using a terminal installed in the shop and, in conjunction with a printer, enables the immediate issue of numbered tickets with a QR code. Customers can complete the reception process using a tablet in the shop, even if they do not have a smartphone. The immediately issued numbered ticket has a QR code printed on it, which can be read from a smartphone or tablet to easily check the waiting status from anywhere. The system can also be used by shop staff to distribute numbered tickets on behalf of customers. Main functions Easy operation:. The intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to use the reception desk. No smartphone required:. Customers without a smartphone can easily use the reception desk using a tablet installed in the shop. Instant issuing of numbered tickets:. Numbered tickets can be issued on the spot in conjunction with a printer. Numbered tickets with QR code:. The QR code on the numbered ticket can be used to easily check the waiting status. Real-time updates:. Order and waiting time information is updated in real time. Customers can check their order at any time. Usage scenarios.
