Kotobani（ことばに）は、障害福祉の現場で働く支援者のためのAI学習アプリです。 「あの声かけでよかったのか」「ほかの伝え方もあったのか」。AIとの音声ロールプレイで関わり方を練習し、振り返りと毎日の講義を通じて、次の支援につながる気づきを見つけます。個人利用は無料です。 ■ AIと話して、支援の声かけを練習 毎日届く「今日の事例」で、AIが支援を受ける本人役を演じます。あなたは支援者役として、自分の言葉で声をかけます。 ロールプレイは個人・法人とも1日1回。個人は最大30秒、法人プランは最大2分です。中断した練習は、日本時間の同じ日であれば残り時間から再開できます。 法人プランでは「オリジナルの事例」も利用できます。AIからの事前質問に答えると、練習したい場面の事例を作成し、ロールプレイを開始します。 ■ AI分析と振り返りで、次の一言を考える 練習後は、よかった声かけや改善点、言い換えの例を確認できます。「AIで分析」では、これまでの会話を4つの観点から振り返り、特徴と改善のヒントをまとめます。カレンダーから過去の練習も見返せます。 AIによる分析は、会話の中で確認できた声かけを振り返るためのものです。人柄や実務能力を判定するものではありません。 ■ 毎日のAI講義で、学びを積み重ねる 「AIで学ぶ」から、1日1回の音声講義を聞けます。支援・評価・制度の3つのスキルを学び、過去の講義も振り返れます。学習回数やポイント、バッジはマイページの「学習記録」にまとまります。 ■ 法人研修と、チームの学習管理 法人プランでは、ロールプレイの時間延長とオリジナルの事例に加え、法定研修・法人研修をアプリで受講できます。職員はマイページで所属法人の法人コードを登録して参加します。 管理者はWebの法人ポータルで、受講状況や学習の傾向、ロールプレイの記録を確認できます。法人プランは有料です。料金・利用条件・お申込み方法は公式サイトをご確認ください。 https://kotobani.ai/ ■ ご利用と情報の取り扱い 音声ロールプレイにはマイクとインターネット接続を使用します。実在する利用者の氏名など、個人を特定できる情報は入力しないでください。 アカウント情報や学習・会話の記録などを、認証、機能の提供、振り返りに利用します。法人コードを登録すると、権限のある法人担当者が氏名・学習状況・受講記録・保存済みのロールプレイの講評などを確認できます。会話全文は法人ポータルには表示しません。外部サービスでの処理や保存・共有の範囲は、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 AIの内容には誤りが含まれる場合があります。実際の支援では、本人の状況や意思、所属法人の方針を踏まえ、専門職の判断の補助としてご利用ください。 プライバシーポリシー https://kotobani.ai/privacy 利用規約 https://kotobani.ai/terms お問い合わせ [email protected] 運営：合同会社JAYATECH
