ピットタッチ・プロ3からBluetoothでサポートログを取得するアプリです。取得したログはAndroidの共有機能でメールアプリに渡すことができます。ピットタッチ・プロ3(今秋発売予定)は、ピットタッチ・プロ2の後継機種です。プロ2: https://www.sstinc.co.jp/products/pittouch-pro2.html プロ3が動作しない、ネットワークに繋がらない、などのトラブルの際に、本アプリをご使用になり、サポートログを弊社にお送りください。 ■ペアリング手順 1. プロ3を「ペアリングモード」にする。 2. 本アプリの「ペアリング」ボタンをタップする。 3. スキャン一覧の中から、プロ3に表示されているデバイス名と一致するものをタップする。 4. プロ3に表示されるPINコードを入力して、ペアリングを行う ■ログ取得手順 1. プロ3を「ログ収集モード」にする。 2. 本アプリから「サポートログの取得・管理」ボタンをタップする。 3. 「新規サポートログの取得」をタップする。 4. スキャン一覧の中から、プロ3に表示されているデバイス名と一致するものをタップする。取得したログを選択し「送信」をタップすると、メールアプリに共有することができます。弊社サポート宛にサポートログを送信してください。
