(しばらくは広告無しで使用できます。ご要望をお待ちしております。) 受取ったファイルに電子帳簿保存法に従ったファイル名を付けてクラウドに保存できます。 受領だけでなくお客様に請求書を送信するときに電子帳簿保存法に従ったファイル名を付けて送信(メール,LINE,SNSなど)することでお客様に喜んでいただけます。 ファイルの種類は問いません。文書(PDF,DOX,XLSなど)、画像(JPG,PNGなど) 、圧縮ファイル(ZIP,RARなど)、データファイル(CSV,XMLなど)どのようなファイルでもアプリからアクセスできるファイルはすべて名前を変更して共有できます。 *使い方 ファイル名を変更したいファイルを選択します。 日付を選択します。 取引先名を入力するか選択します。 金額を入力します。 書類分類を入力するか選択します。 ファイル名を確認して共有します。 (例えば共有のGoogleDriveに保存したり、メールで送信できます。) *機能 取引先名を管理できます。 各項目の既定値を設定できます。 ファイル名を作成するときの項目の順序を指定できるので、思い通りのファイル名で保存できます。 *その他 電子帳簿保存法の要件を完全に満たしているとは限りませんのでご注意ください。 国や公的機関の認定を受けている商品ではありません。 *ご要望 ご要望はレビューに投稿してください。 できる限り対応します。
