[アプリの機能] ・国内の任意の場所を指定すると、開業を検討している診療科での1日あたり推定外来患者数がすぐに調査できます。（他の診療科の結果も併せて表示されます。）・居住人口（夜間人口）、昼間人口を基に算出した、それぞれの推定患者数が得られるため、市街地にも郊外にも対応しています。・候補地近くのクリニック開業向け物件情報・事業承継候補施設もアプリ内のリンクを経由して調べられます。・ハザードマップポータルサイトに遷移し、調査地点のハザードマップを調べられます。・調査地点周辺の競合医療機関の名称と位置がわかります。・個別相談フォームから弊社に各種問合せを送信できます。・調査した結果は、履歴として保存され、いつでも見られます。利用するメリットとして、これまで業者等に別途依頼する必要があった診療圏調査をご自身のスマートフォンで手軽に行え、候補地を実際に移動、見ながら気軽に調査して開業立地を検討できます。また、検索地域のクリニック開業向け物件・承継情報も併せて確認できます。 [利用方法] 1. 調査したい地点を選択します。検索画面で、調査したい住所・施設名を入力すると、移動できます。 2. 調査したい診療科を選択します。 3. 調査したい診療圏を3パターンから選択します。目安として、都心部は0.5km/1km/2km、地方都市は1km/3km/5km、郊外(人口が少ない地域)は3km/5km/10kmを選択します。 4. 「この位置で調査する」のボタンをタップしますと、調査結果が出力されます。 5.　地図上の競合医療機関のピンをタップし、さらに吹き出しの中の検索をタップしますと、医療機関の検索画面に遷移します。 6.　「ハザードマップを確認する」をタップしますと、ハザードマップポータルサイトに遷移し、調査地点のハザードマップが見られます。 7.　「競合医療機関を表示」のボタンをタップしますと、周辺の競合医療機関の名称が表示されます。 [注意事項] ・出力される患者数、競合医療機関名は、厚生労働省をはじめとしたオープンデータや医療施設DB（ミーカンパニー株式会社 / SCUELデータベース）等を活用し、弊社独自のノウハウで算出しています。・本アプリ使用の際には、端末の位置情報をサービスをONにする必要があります。・本アプリは、あくまで選択された立地周辺の人口動態・医療機関数等から患者数を機械的に算出しているもので、実際の新規開業時における患者数を保証するものではありません。・患者数密度は、調査する地点によって、多少のずれが生じることがあります。・個別相談フォームからのお問い合わせは、5営業日以内にご返信いたします。・使用する端末によっては、地図上で現在地(青丸)が正しく表示されないことがあります。ご了承願います。・本アプリの著作権は、弊社に帰属します。弊社に無断で本アプリの画面の全部または一部を複製して利用することを固く禁じます。・本アプリのご利用規約をご確認願います。・調査結果は、調査を実施した端末内のみでの保存であり、現時点では機種変更時には引き継がれません。
