Zone2 - Track & Field Coaching

Zone2 (Zone 2) is the app built for athletics training groups. For coaches: Create and share workouts, build your training calendar, and give every athlete a clear view of their training. No more information scattered across messages, notes, and different tools. For athletes: Find your training plan in one place, view your workouts, and sync your activities to compare what was planned with what was actually completed. A simple, shared calendar: Organize your group’s training week by week and assign the right workouts to the right athletes. Workouts made easy: Build your workouts quickly with an editor designed specifically for athletics. Create workouts with AI: Simply describe what you want to do and let AI help you build a structured workout. You can then edit and adapt it to your group. Planned vs. completed: Once a workout is finished, view your activity data and compare it with the planned workout: pace, repetitions, heart rate, and other available data. Zone2 helps coaches better organize their groups and athletes better track their training, all in one place.
