Virtual Time Recorder è un vero e proprio sistema di timbratura in Cloud che trasforma la postazione di lavoro (PC) in un potente orologio timbratore. Il sistema offre la possibilità di digitare le causali o il codice della commessa alla quale l’operatore sta lavorando. Come un normale sistema a marcatempo, le timbrature giornaliere sono illimitate e vengono trattate dalla sezione server per renderle disponibili al gestionale di Rilevazione Presenze/Assenze. La Direzione delle risorse umane può decidere quali postazioni di lavoro diventeranno delle VTR e quali collaboratori potranno timbrare su quelle postazioni. I lavoratori itineranti potranno timbrare su più VTR localizzate nelle diverse sedi aziendali. Il vero ingrediente magico del sistema è una rigorosa procedura di registrazione e di configurazione. Tale procedura permette di identificare univocamente la VTR affinché il sistema di timbratura possa operare solo sulle stazioni di lavoro individuate. La sezione server del sistema sempre up & running permette alla Direzione di monitorare in tempo reale in qualunque ora del giorno o della notte le timbrature sia per singola sede servita sia per VTR o collaboratore.
