Full description
Echo Conversations gives your church one shared inbox for all incoming conversations, so the whole team can reply from anywhere - and nobody's personal number becomes the church phone. Most churches end up with one person holding every conversation on their own device. When they're away, on leave, or simply asleep, messages sit unanswered. Echo puts those conversations where the whole staff team can see and answer them. KNOW WHO IS HANDLING WHAT Assign a conversation to a staff member and it's clear who has it. Mark it dealt with when it's done. Recall it if they're away. No more three people replying to the same person, or everyone assuming somebody else did. BUILT AROUND THE 24-HOUR REPLY WINDOW Echo shows you exactly how long is left on every conversation, and when the window has closed it switches you to approved message templates so your reply still arrives. You never write a message that silently fails to send. FOR THE WHOLE TEAM, WITH THE RIGHT ACCESS Roles decide what each person can do - from read-only through to full administration. Your administrator sets them from the Echo web portal, and the app shows each person exactly what their role allows. PLANNING CENTER, CONNECTED If your church runs Planning Center, Echo works with it. Search your existing people to start a conversation, and turn a message into a workflow card without leaving the thread, so pastoral follow-up lands where your team already tracks it. WHAT ELSE IS IN THE APP • Notifications when a new message arrives, with the option to only be told about conversations assigned to you • Photos, video, documents and voice notes in the thread • Delivery and read ticks, and reactions • Search across your conversations • Archive conversations you're finished with • Start a new conversation from your contacts or a typed number • Send an approved template on its own or inside a thread • Light and dark themes WHO ECHO IS FOR Echo is for church and ministry staff teams. It is not a personal messaging app — your organisation subscribes, and an administrator invites your team. There is no public sign-up, so you'll need an invitation from your church before you can sign in. ALREADY USING THE ECHO WEB PORTAL? Sign in with the same account. Conversations, assignments and templates are the same, so a reply sent from your phone shows up for the colleague at their desk straight away. PRIVACY Your church's conversations belong to your church. Echo doesn't sell data, doesn't advertise, and doesn't track you across other apps. The app asks for no camera, photo, microphone, location or contacts access. Privacy policy: https://echo.solenex.it/privacy Terms of service: https://echo.solenex.it/terms Echo requires an active subscription and a WhatsApp Business number, connected by your organisation. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Echo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Planning Center is a trademark of Ministry Centered Technologies, Inc.
