PappAI - Diet & Nutritionist

PappAI helps you follow your nutritionist's or dietitian's meal plan, day by day, wherever you are. If your nutrition professional uses PappAI, the app lets you log meals, weight, and progress and stay in touch between visits — no need to wait for your next appointment to flag a question or a setback. ★ WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH PAPPAI • View your personalized meal plan, with meals, portions, and nutritional values • Log breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in your food diary • Track calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, fat) against your goals • Monitor weight, body measurements, and progress photos over time • Get reminders for meals and your weekly weigh-in • Track daily water intake and steps • Automatically share your data with your nutritionist, who can step in when needed ★ RELIABLE NUTRITIONAL DATA Food nutritional values come from public, scientifically referenced databases (including USDA, CREA, CIQUAL, BEDCA), with source traceability for every food item. ★ AI MEAL RECOGNITION (optional) PappAI is completely free to use for logging meals, weight, and progress, with no limits. An optional subscription is available to unlock AI-powered meal photo recognition: snap a photo of your plate and the AI suggests foods and quantities, which you can always edit manually. ★ ALONGSIDE YOUR NUTRITIONIST, NOT INSTEAD OF THEM PappAI is a nutritional wellness support tool: it does not replace the advice of your nutritionist, dietitian, or doctor, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a medical device. AI suggestions are always subject to review by your nutrition professional. ★ PRIVACY AND SECURITY PappAI is GDPR-compliant and runs on European infrastructure. You can manage your consents and delete your account at any time, directly from the app. Download PappAI for free and stay connected to your nutrition journey every day, not just at your appointments.
