SurePack: Packing Video Proof

Sold something online and the buyer says it arrived damaged, the box was empty or the item isn't as described? With SurePack you have proof. SurePack lets you record a continuous packing video with a unique QR code always in view. The video is saved securely and linked to that parcel, so you can show exactly what you shipped and how you packed it. Made for people who sell second-hand on Vinted, eBay, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and other marketplaces, as well as small online shops. HOW IT WORKS - Create a new parcel in the app - Record a continuous video while you pack, with the QR code always visible - The video is saved securely and linked to the parcel - Share the verification link with the buyer, or with the marketplace if there is a dispute The buyer can watch the packing video and check the contents, even before opening the parcel. WHY USE SUREPACK - Defend yourself against false claims: "arrived damaged", "empty box", "wrong item", "not as described" - Protect yourself from return scams and from photos edited to fake damage - Show what you shipped with a video, not just your word against theirs - Build trust with your buyers WHY A VIDEO AND NOT A PHOTO A photo shows the item at one moment. A continuous video, with no cuts, shows the whole process: the item, the protective packaging, the item going into the box and the box being sealed with the label in view. MAIN FEATURES - Continuous recording only: no uploads from your gallery - Unique QR code linked to each parcel - Optional tamper-evident SurePack QR seals - Secure cloud storage - Verification link that is easy to share - Dedicated viewer for whoever receives the parcel PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your video is protected. Only people who have the link or the QR code can see the proof of shipment. SurePack is free. A video doesn't guarantee how a marketplace will decide a dispute, but it gives you clear evidence to show instead of your word alone.
