Lux Meter・Light Meter

Measure light intensity instantly with your device's ambient light sensor. Lux Meter displays real-time illuminance in lux, foot-candles (fc), and EV values through a clear visual gauge ranging from Dark to Moderate to Bright. INSTANT ILLUMINANCE MEASUREMENT Get instant lux readings the moment you open the app. The live gauge shows current light levels with numerical readouts in lux, foot-candles, and EV. Use Lock to freeze a reading, Reference to set a comparison baseline, Save to store measurements, and Switch between units. LIGHTING STANDARDS COMPLIANCE Check whether your space meets recommended lighting standards for specific environments. Built-in references include Office (300-500 lux), Classroom (300-500 lux), Library (500+ lux), and Hospital Ward (100-200 lux). Quickly verify if a room's illumination falls within the acceptable range for its intended use. PLANT LIGHT CALCULATOR (DLI) Calculate the Daily Light Integral (DLI) in mol/m2/day and Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (PPFD) in umol/m2/s to determine if your plants are receiving adequate light. Check compatibility for common houseplants: Monstera (5-8 mol), Snake Plant (3-6 mol), Fiddle Leaf Fig (6-12 mol), and Tomato (20-30 mol). CONTINUOUS LIGHT MONITORING Record light levels over time with the built-in monitoring mode. A real-time trend chart updates at 1-second intervals, tracking Min, Avg, Max values and total sample count. Use the timer to run timed recording sessions and review the data afterward. Whether you need to verify workplace lighting, optimize indoor plant growth, or log ambient light conditions, Lux Meter provides the measurement tools you need in a straightforward interface.
