Vico — Sports Club Manager

Vico is the complete management platform for community sports clubs. Built by volunteers who actually run clubs, it replaces the spreadsheets, group chats and email chains that eat into your week. Whether you're a coordinator selecting teams on a Thursday night or a player checking if you've been picked for Saturday, Vico keeps everyone on the same page. TEAM SELECTIONS MADE SIMPLE Build team sheets across multiple divisions in minutes. Drag players onto teams, see availability at a glance, and manage double-ups across sections. Copy selections from previous rounds to save time, then publish to notify your whole squad instantly. AVAILABILITY WITHOUT THE CHASING Request availability for upcoming rounds and watch responses come in. Players submit with a single tap — available, unavailable, or limited. No more chasing people through text messages. Coordinators get a live view of response rates across every team. FIXTURES & SCHEDULING Import fixtures directly from your association or add them manually. See your full season schedule with opponents, venues and times. Players get match details, venue maps and arrival times right in the app. CLUB CHAT Communicate with teams, sections or the whole club through built-in chat. Send matchday announcements, coordinate last-minute changes, or run polls. Every conversation stays organised by team — no more lost messages in WhatsApp groups. PLAYER MANAGEMENT Maintain your full member database with section assignments, contact details and season history. Track who's played how many games, who's across multiple sections, and who still needs to submit availability. FLEXIBLE CLUB STRUCTURE Organise your club however it works — Juniors, Seniors, Indoor, Social. Create sections and sub-sections with unlimited nesting. Assign coordinators to manage their own areas without seeing the whole club. BUILT FOR COMMUNITY CLUBS Vico isn't a generic event planner adapted for sport. It's purpose-built for the way community clubs actually work — multiple teams, shared players, volunteer coordinators juggling selections across divisions every week.
