SCANNER MODULE (Device Provisioning & Registration) * Prod Ops Local Network Bridging: Scan a setup QR code to quickly decode your Production Operations Server IP address. * Connection Verification: The app continuously runs background APIs to ensure a steady connection between your smartphone and the Prod Ops workstation. * One-Scan IMEI Registration: Scan the physical QR code on any ThingsUp device to automatically decode and parse its IMEI number. * Automated Label Printing: Instantly sends decoded IMEI data to the Prod Ops software, registering the device and triggering local thermal printers to output official product labels. 2. COMMAND MODULE (Predefined Testing & Diagnostics) * Preloaded Command Files: Upload custom command master files directly from the Home Screen. * Easy BLE Connection: Scan, locate, and establish a wireless Bluetooth connection to nearby devices with a single tap. * Dropdown Select & Run: Once connected, easily select and execute any predefined command parsed from your uploaded file. * Real-Time Console: Review instantaneous diagnostic responses directly from the hardware in the scrollable console window. 3. OTA MODULE (Wireless Firmware Updates) * Firmware Repository: Upload your hardware binary (.bin) files securely to the app from the Home Screen. * Target Device Matching: Scan and select any nearby BLE device on the OTA screen. * Safe Validation & Verification: On the detail screen, view real-time MAC address, live RSSI (signal strength), and verify the details of the uploaded firmware. * Reliable Chunked Flashing: Start the Over-The-Air (OTA) update with a single tap.
