Tars is the incident app for the Statix team. When a monitor fails, it alerts you on your phone and lets you handle the incident right there. • Critical incidents ring like an alarm, over the lock screen and through Do Not Disturb, until someone acknowledges • Acknowledge and resolve from the notification or a full-screen alarm, without unlocking • Live Updates in the status bar for incidents from the last two hours • Incident timeline with comments, deliveries and who handled what • An alert readiness check and a test alarm, so you know your phone will ring Tars is an internal tool. Signing in needs a Statix account.
