Rooted: Grow Sober Together

Nurture your recovery, one day at a time. Sobriety isn't just counting days, it's growing into a healthier you. Rooted is a visual sobriety tracker and recovery habit counter where every clean day helps a living plant take root, flourish, and bloom. Whether your goal is to quit drinking alcohol, stop vaping, quit smoking nicotine, overcome addiction, or build mindful daily habits, Rooted gives your progress a tangible, beautiful home. WHY ROOTED? Clinical numbers and cold streak counters can feel discouraging. Rooted visualizes your resilience as a living organism. Every sober day provides passive plant growth, while daily check-ins give it a vital boost. Caring for your plant builds the consistency and self-compassion needed to care for yourself.
