Employees can see who is part of their team and when colleagues are absent, making collaboration and planning easier without sharing unnecessary personal details. The Peepel App also centralizes HR communication. Employees can ask HR-related questions directly in the app and receive clear, documented answers, eliminating the need for separate HR meetings, emails, or back-and-forth messages. The app is designed with ease of use and security in mind. A clear interface ensures that employees can quickly find what they need, while robust security measures protect sensitive personal and payroll data.
