You can run a fresh two-minute reading directly from the Watch, or let Pausio update the score in the background whenever your watch records a new HRV sample. The reading lives entirely on your device. FOCUS Three ways to use sound while you work. Free Block — pick the situations that match your moment (Morning Calm, Deep Work, Pre-Meeting Focus, Post-Lunch Slump, After Notification Rush, Winding Down, Before Sleep, and more), choose 10, 25, or 50 minutes, and start. Pausio shuffles your picks and fades the last four seconds before time's up. Pomodoro — 25 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of rest, repeated one, two, or four cycles. Each phase has its own sound mix. The transitions chain themselves; you don't need to touch anything.
