Voxly: AI voice dictation

It writes for you in any app on your phone so you can speak instead of type: tap a floating bubble, dictate the way you normally talk, with filler words, hesitations and all, tap again and the text appears clean, organized and in the right tone in the field where you were. WHO IT'S FOR Voxly is designed for people who find typing on a touch screen slow, painful or difficult: • Motor impairments: arthritis, tremor, carpal tunnel, repetitive strain injuries or a temporary hand injury. One tap to start and another to finish: nothing to hold down and nothing to type. • Dyslexia and writing difficulties: say what you mean and Voxly fixes the spelling and punctuation. • Stuttering: Voxly removes repetitions, false starts and cut-off words, and leaves the text the way you meant to say it. • Older adults and anyone who finds typing hard. It removes the "um"s, the "like"s and the repetitions, fixes the punctuation and leaves the text as if you had written it calmly. You choose how much: literal, clean or summary. HOW VOXLY USES THE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Voxly uses Android's accessibility API (AccessibilityService API) to write straight into the text field of any app, without you having to switch from the keyboard you already use. It uses it only to: • Paste the text you dictate into the field where you are typing. • Know whether the keyboard is on screen, so the bubble only shows while you type. • Know which app you're in, to adjust the tone. • Detect when you correct a word that was just pasted, so it can offer to save it to your dictionary. Voxly does not appear in password, PIN or phone fields, hides in banking apps, does not capture your screen and does not send what's on it to any server. You can turn it off at any time in Android Settings. REAL PRIVACY Your audio is not stored: it's sent for transcription and discarded when done. Your dictations stay on your phone, not on our servers. The words in your dictionary travel with each dictation so they're spelled right, and they're not stored either.
