OnCircuit

OnCircuit keeps event hospitality in sync — the crew, the prep and the numbers behind a day of trade. This is the phone half of OnCircuit. The business runs the full product on the web; this app is what the team carries to the event. FOR THE TEAM • Sign on when you arrive and sign off when you leave — the clock runs on your phone • See tonight's shift, accept it, or say you can't work it • Tell your manager the days you can't work, well ahead of time • Work through the prep list and log each batch as you make it • Open the recipe you need, scaled to the batch in front of you • Follow a procedure step by step — opening checks, coolroom temps, close-down • Count stock, scan a barcode, report wastage or something sold out • Check your hours week by week • Chat with the whole team, a room, or one person FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS • Today's sales, food cost, labour and profit, as the day unfolds • Revenue against all costs, hour by hour • Who is on the clock right now, and who hasn't arrived yet • Build and publish the roster with the cost of the day in view • What needs attention: timesheets to approve, deliveries to sign off, price changes to review BUILT AROUND THE EVENT Caterers, food trucks, stalls and pop-ups, mobile bars, stadiums and event spaces. New crowd, new postcode, same app. YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT OnCircuit is used by hospitality businesses and their staff. Your workplace creates your account and sends you a link — there is no public sign-up, and the app never asks for payment details. Sign in with your mobile number and a six-digit code, or with your email address and password. Made in Adelaide by people who do this work.
