BUILT TO THE 2025 GUIDELINES The 2025 update changed things that break older question banks: one Chain of Survival for adult and paediatric, in-hospital and out-of-hospital; IV access preferred over IO; naloxone in the BLS algorithm; the adult choking sequence; compression depth capped at 6 cm. Banks written to the 2020 algorithms are now wrong in exactly these places. SEQUENCE IS WHAT THE EXAM TESTS The most common wrong answer in ACLS is the right drug at the wrong moment. Every algorithm question is a scenario positioned at a point in the sequence, and every explanation says where the action belongs — "amiodarone is correct, but after the third shock" teaches more than "amiodarone is wrong". READINESS SCORED HONESTLY The written exam passes at 84%. This app will not tell you that 78% is on track, because it is not.
