Hisabi Till

Hisabi Till is the till for your shop, running on the phone or tablet you already have. Tap what you sold, take the money, hand over a receipt. Built for dukas, cafés, chemists and small restaurants in Kenya and for the people standing behind the counter all day. SELL FAST Your items sit on one screen as tiles, the ones you sell most at the front. Scan a barcode if you have one. Sizes and flavours sit under the parent item, so one tap gets you the right price. CASH, M-PESA OR DENI Record how the customer paid.Cash, M-Pesa, a split of both, or on deni. When someone buys on credit the till keeps a running total of what they owe, and warns you before they go past their limit. IT WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOES NOT Sales are saved on the phone first and sync on their own when the network comes back. Nothing you ring up is lost, and the till will not let you sign out while sales are still waiting to go up. RECEIPTS Print to a thermal printer, or send it to your customer on WhatsApp. SHIFTS YOU CAN TRUST Open a shift with the float in the drawer, close it with the count. The till shows what it expected against what is actually there, so you know the same evening if something is off. Every cashier signs in with their own PIN. STOCK WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK Count stock from the same phone. See what is running low before it runs out. THE MONEY COMES STRAIGHT TO YOU Your customer pays the way they always have.Cash in your hand, or M-Pesa to your own till number. Hisabi records it so your books are right. ONE SET OF BOOKS The till feeds your Hisabi account as you sell, so there is nothing to re-type at closing. Open Hisabi on a computer for your profit, your debtors, your VAT and your payroll. Hisabi is bookkeeping built for Kenyan business. The Till is the part that stands on your counter. You need a Hisabi account. Create one free at hisabi.io.
