人が持つ強い感情の一つに「怒り」があります。しかし、その感情は時として、自分を苦しめてしまいます。「怒り」に任せて、大切な人を傷つけてしまった、取り返しのつかない問題を起こしてしまった、といったことはすべての人に身に覚えのある話ではないかと思います。この「怒り」の感情は誰しもが抱くものでありながら、怒りの対象や怒りを感じるタイミングもそれぞれが異なってきます。また、怒りをバネに力に変えることもあります。必ずしも悪い感情ばかりではない、その怒りと上手に向き合うことができるとよいですね。そのサポートをするのがこのアプリとなります。アンガーマネジメントの手法の一つにアンガーログというものがあります。アンガーログとは怒りを感じた時にその内容を記録します。しばらくアンガーログがたまったタイミングで改めて振り返ることで、自分がどういった出来事やタイミングで怒りを感じるのかその傾向に気づくことができます。傾向がわかれば対策を立てることができるかもしれません。「記録」と「振り返り」の繰り返しにより、上手に怒りと付き合うことができるようになることをサポートできればと思います。
