Organizer is a planner you put together your own way. Turn on the parts you want, leave the rest off, and change your mind whenever you feel like it. It runs on your device. No account, no subscription, no cloud unless you ask for one. THE ESSENTIALS • Tasks organized by week, class, priority or due date. Multi week tasks take up the weeks you choose. Send any task to the calendar or to the kanban board. • A kanban board with columns you name, checklists on cards, and an optional preview so you can see what is left without opening the card. • Day, week, month and year calendar, holding classes, deadlines and holidays together. • A focus timer with interval or scheduled breaks. • Home screen widgets: tasks, calendar, kanban, agenda, goals, pomodoro, and a configurable overview. • Grades and averages, if you use them, with per class components, weights, and a panel showing what you still need to score. YOUR WAY Customize everything quickly in settings. Looks and features, ready to be changed however you want. ✓ Rename the columns. ✓ Reorder the navigation bar, move it to the side, or hide it on desktop and keep it on mobile. ✓ Choose which tabs show up at all. ✓ Light, dark or system theme, with the colours you want. ✓ Alerts per event type: nothing, vibration, notification, or both. ✓ Work mode swaps classes for groups and hides grades, for people using this outside university. ✓ Several semesters, each with their own classes, dates and holidays. ✓ And plenty more, from small details to what each tab can do. Six languages: English, Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, Czech. SYNC AND SHARING, ONLY IF YOU WANT Sync is off by default. Turn it on and you point the app at your own Firebase project, so your data sits on infrastructure that is yours and not ours. • Sync several devices so you have everything wherever you want it. • Optional end to end encryption encrypts everything on your device before it leaves. • Export a JSON backup whenever you want. The rest stays local. Organizer Collab shares chosen tasks and cards with a team through invite links. Manage your team and work together in real time. APPS YOU SWITCH ON AND OFF Everything beyond the essentials is an app you enable in settings, with its own options and its own data.
