FALKE Services

FALKE Services is the customer app of FALKE Services, a vehicle service provider in Germany. Order the work your vehicles need, approve it, follow it through, and keep every document in one place. YOUR VEHICLES Keep the vehicles you have serviced in one list and reuse them on every new order, instead of entering the same details again. PLACE AND TRACK ORDERS Order a service from the catalogue available to you, then follow it from open to completed. Search your orders by order number, vehicle or licence plate, and open one to see the services on it and its current progress. APPROVE AND SIGN Review what has been proposed for your vehicles, approve or reject it, and sign off directly on your phone. Your signature is captured in the app and stored with the order. INVOICES Review your invoices, follow their payment status, and open or share the invoice PDF straight from the app. FOR FALKE SERVICES STAFF The app also carries the tools our field staff use on site: the orders and tasks assigned to them, status updates, VIN and QR code scanning, and photo documentation of completed work. BUILT FOR THE JOB - German and English, following your device language - Dark interface designed to stay readable outdoors - Sign in once and stay signed in A FALKE Services account is required to use the app. Any company or vehicle owner can become a customer: request a service at www.falkeservices.com and we will set up your account.
