Føre shows the road conditions where you're going to drive, not just the weather where you are. Pick where from, where to, and when you're leaving. Føre finds the driving routes and rates the winter risk for every stretch of every route: snow, ice, poor visibility, darkness and closed roads. Leave now, or wait two hours? The departure strip shows how the risk changes with your departure time, so you can pick the safest window instead of guessing. Compare routes by risk, not just distance. Routes are drawn on the map colour-coded by risk, so you can see at a glance when the longer way around the mountain is the better drive. Know what's coming, hour by hour. The timeline follows your trip along the route: where it gets icy, where darkness falls, where it snows. Mountain crossings are shown in an elevation profile, and closed roads are flagged the moment they're reported. Risk comes as four simple levels: low, moderate, high and closed. Enough to decide whether to go now, wait a couple of hours, or take another road. Føre requires no account and has no ads and no tracking. Your location is used only if you choose to start a route from it, and is never stored.
