Eleison

Eleison is built on one belief: no one’s work is worth less than anyone else’s — and no one paying for work deserves less than what they came for. Whether you’re hiring or getting hired, you deserve the same thing: fairness. Eleison is the platform that delivers it, on both sides. If you need something done Need a barber tomorrow? A plumber this weekend? A part-time hand for the shop, a tutor for your kid, a cleaner every other Friday? Post it — and stop chasing people who don’t turn up. Our matching engine finds the right person based on real skills, real availability and a real track record, not the prettiest profile. You see what they’ve done, what they charge, and how they’re rated. You get what you pay for. If you have something to offer Whether you cut hair, fix pipes, write code, clean homes, drive vans, lift crates or teach a trade — post your skills, your area and your availability. The jobs that fit come to you. You never undersell yourself, never guess what to charge, never chase a job that doesn’t exist. What makes Eleison different — for everyone • Fairness, built in. Our negotiation system shows both sides exactly where you differ on price or terms. Counter-offer, accept or decline in one tap. No one has to guess. No one has to undervalue themselves. No one has to overpay. • Commitment is respect. Negotiations are capped at 3 counter-offers, and every offer expires — so no one is left begging, and no one drags it out. Ignore 5 matches in a row? We pause new ones until you’re ready to engage. Change your terms mid-flight? Your match queue resets to zero. Both sides are protected from bait-and-switch. No exceptions, no favourites. • Proof, not promises. Your profile isn’t something you write about yourself — it’s something you earn. Every completed job adds XP, levels up your profile and grows your reputation score. Workers don’t have to sell themselves. Clients don’t have to gamble on pretty claims. The platform shows what each person has actually done, automatically and in plain sight. • Smart matching, no searching. Our algorithm pairs needs with people in seconds. Talent isn’t buried under paid placements. Clients get the real best fit — not the highest bidder for visibility. • Nothing gets missed. Smart notifications and live booking tracking keep both sides aligned from the first request to the final rating. No ghosting. No missed appointments. No excuses. • Works for anything. Jobs, one-off tasks, recurring services, trades, beauty, home, logistics, events, errands, admin, tutoring. If someone needs it and someone can do it, Eleison matches them. A platform for everyone Tradespeople, freelancers, small shops, households, students, side-hustlers, busy professionals, growing businesses — Eleison is for anyone with something to offer or something to get done. No one is too small. No one is too big. Everyone deserves a fair match. Pay what it’s worth. Earn what you’re worth. Get matched, with respect. Download Eleison — and get what you deserve, on both sides.
