Disputio

A platform for effective peer-to-peer dispute resolution. You can start with the assistance from a Consultant who will help you bring your counterparty to the negotiating table. From our experience we know this the crucial initial part where much of the attempted search for agreements fail, so we provide support right here, before the actual search process begins. Once you succeed and your counterparty accepts the invitation to seek an agreement, your case will be taken over by an impartial empathetic Guide who will walk you through the whole process and will help you to find a mutually acceptable solution. We utilize a collaborative dispute resolution approach where participants play an active conscious role in searching for solutions with the support of a Guide who will help with communication and emotional barriers and brings structure and organization to the process. A Guide does not decide for you neither judge you nor search for a culprit. The agreement reached and its implementation are entirely voluntary. No matter what the subject of your dispute is. Relationship argument, conflict with a colleague, business partner, or neighbour. You will act anonymously under your nickname. Chat only.
