Every choice changes the company and the world around it. Balance four resources: • Capital — keep the company alive. • Compute — power the next model. • Model — improve what your systems can do. • Trust — earn support from employees, clients, regulators and the public. Build a team, win customers, face investors, legal pressure and city politics, and discover which kind of founder you become.
