HETF replaces the paperwork a Heavy Equipment Task Force contractor fills out at the end of every shift. DAILY SHIFT INVOICE Fill in the equipment and transport rows, collect both signatures on the device, and the finished form is emailed as a PDF. The layout matches the printed form exactly, including the pre-printed rows that stay blank. AFTER-DISPATCH ROSTER The Exhibit J roster, filled from the same company information so you enter your crew and equipment once. COMPANY PROFILE Your equipment, crew and task force details are stored once and fill in both forms. Change them in one place and every new form follows. RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTS Photograph receipts for reimbursable expenses and keep certifications and agreements with the paperwork they belong to.
