Full description
Loadline is a dispatcher's console for a handful of trucks. It works out where each one should be on its route from the plan and the departure and arrival times you log, finds legitimate backhaul loads for trucks already on the road, and keeps an honest picture of which trucks are free, which are about to be, and which have been sitting longest. POSITION WITHOUT TRACKING No GPS, no live tracking, no location permission. A truck's position comes from its trip plan and your own marks, plus a manual override you can drag along the route corridor when reality has drifted from the plan. Nothing drains a driver's battery and nothing reports where anyone is. THE ROUTE RAIL One horizontal rail per trip shows the whole route: ground covered, road ahead, every stop, and a truck marker you can move. Move it and every downstream arrival time recalculates at once. Underneath, a stop-by-stop manifest gives plan against live estimate for each stop, marked passed, upcoming, window breach or backhaul — the whole trip's schedule health on one screen. BACKHAUL MATCHING THAT SHOWS ITS WORKING Add an order and Loadline checks it against every active trip and every free truck: weight and volume against capacity, the detour it would add, and whether the delivery windows still hold. Candidates that work are ranked. Candidates that do not show exactly why — over capacity, too much detour, a downstream window that would break, or a distance you have not entered yet and can add. FLEET BALANCE Utilisation on one screen: which trucks are en route, which are idle, which are down for maintenance, and which has been standing the longest, so the next order goes where the work is needed. CONFLICTS SAID OUT LOUD Window breaches, capacity overloads, overdue rest and backhaul orders put at risk by a schedule change all surface as specific banners — on the trip itself and rolled up on the fleet view. A DISTANCE LIBRARY YOU OWN Common lane distances come with the app, and you add your own city pairs as the lanes grow. Nothing depends on a live mapping service. PROOF AT THE STOP Attach a photo and a note when a truck arrives, kept against that exact stop as a local record of the cargo or the paperwork. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No account, no server, no subscription, no location permission. Everything is stored on the device and it works fully offline. For owner-operators and small fleet dispatchers who want a clear picture of schedules and backhaul without a heavyweight system or handing their data to a service they do not control.
