Pick a playlist, start pedaling, and the resistance follows the music: it climbs on the build, holds through the groove and drops with the beat. You don't touch a dial. You pedal, keep the tempo and chase the score. Does it work with my bike? Pulselo works with exercise bikes that accept Bluetooth FTMS resistance control. If you're not sure about yours, the free playlist is the test. Connect, ride one track, and within a minute you'll know whether your bike responds. How a ride works? Every track is built from segments: Build, Hold, Spin, Sprint and Rest. The resistance curve is on screen and the beat tells you when to push. Stay on tempo and your combo keeps growing. Lose it and the combo resets. When the track ends you get your score, your best combo and your place on the leaderboard. Precision beats power. A steady rider who follows the music will outscore a sprinter who ignores it. The soundtrack Original music written for the pedals and composed at the tempo you ride to. Syncopated kicks and heavy bass, so you can feel where the beat is going. Two new playlists every quarter. What Pulselo is not There are no virtual roads, no power numbers, no zones and no plans, and you don't need to be a cyclist. A session is one playlist, about 15 to 30 minutes, and it usually ends before you think to check the clock.
