BarKit Live

BarKit is the all-in-one bar management tool built for professional bartenders and bar managers. No account needed. No subscription. Everything works offline, right on your device. Whether you're running a busy cocktail bar, training new staff, or managing stock across shifts — BarKit keeps your whole operation in one place. ────────────────────────────────────── 🍹 RECIPES & FLASHCARDS ────────────────────────────────────── Build your full cocktail menu in the Recipe Lab — set ingredients, measures, glassware, method and garnish. Every recipe automatically becomes a flashcard for training staff. Flip cards to reveal the full build, randomise for a challenge, or search by name or ingredient. Filter recipes by type and category, star your favourites for instant access, and share any recipe as a .barkit file directly to WhatsApp, Telegram or any other app with one tap. ────────────────────────────────────── 📦 STOCK & RESTOCK ────────────────────────────────────── Track every bottle and ingredient in your bar. Set minimum stock levels and BarKit alerts you automatically when something is running low. Tap any stock item to see exactly which recipes use it — so you always know what you can and can't make. The Restock Checklist lets staff mark what needs ordering during their shift. Everything they check flows automatically into the Manager's Order tab — ready to send without any extra steps. ────────────────────────────────────── 🗂 MANAGER MODE ────────────────────────────────────── A full management layer built for bar owners and head bartenders: - Bottle Stock — track individual bottles with usage logging and par levels - Price Calculator — calculate cocktail cost, markup and selling price instantly - Order List — see everything below par plus staff restock requests in one place. Export as a WhatsApp message or PDF - Recipe Packs — bundle your cocktail menu into password-protected .barkit files to share with other bars or new staff - Shift Notes — leave handover notes by shift type (Opening, Closing, Incident). Notes sync across the whole team - Tasting Notes — scan a bottle barcode or search by name for nose, palate, finish and serving suggestions. Covers 90+ premium spirits including Scotch single malts, Japanese whisky, Jamaican rum, Cognac and more ────────────────────────────────────── 👥 TEAM SYNC ────────────────────────────────────── Connect your whole team to a shared room using Firebase (free). Shared recipes sync automatically in the background every minute. New staff get the full menu the moment they join — no USB cables, no paper menus, no WhatsApp forwards. ────────────────────────────────────── 🎨 THEMES ────────────────────────────────────── 30+ hand-crafted themes — from deep dark Obsidian and neon Cyberpunk to warm daytime themes like Papaya, Lychee, Glacial and Monsoon. Make the app feel like yours. ────────────────────────────────────── ✅ EVERYTHING ELSE ────────────────────────────────────── - Works fully offline — no internet needed for daily use - All data stored locally on your device — completely private - First-launch tutorial walks you through every feature - Import recipe packs shared by other BarKit users - No ads. No tracking. No nonsense. Built by bartenders, for bartenders.
