Full description
Plan your next tattoo before the first needle. AI Tattoo is a private workspace for turning a rough idea into a tattoo design you can discuss, compare, and place on a body photo. Start with a word, a mood, a memory, or a sketch. Build several directions, check the composition on your arm or another body area, then bring a clear reference to a tattoo artist. START WITH THE IDEA You do not need a finished drawing. Explain the subject, atmosphere, viewpoint, line quality, contrast, and approximate size in plain language. A prompt such as “small botanical tattoo with fine lines and open space” gives you a starting direction. Add symbols, dates, names, animals, flowers, lettering, or cultural references when they matter to the meaning. THREE WAYS TO CREATE Text to tattoo Describe the image you want and choose a visual direction. AI Tattoo turns the description into design options that you can compare instead of searching through unrelated tattoo pictures. Sketch to tattoo Upload a rough hand-drawn idea. The original sketch can be simple; it only needs to show the important subject, movement, or silhouette. Use the generated result to explore cleaner lines, extra detail, balanced spacing, or a different composition while keeping the idea recognizable. Story to tattoo Write about a person, place, memory, milestone, or belief. The app helps translate the story into visual symbols and a tattoo concept. Keep the elements that feel meaningful and remove anything that does not belong in the final design. CHECK THE PLACEMENT Use Virtual Tattoo Try-On to place a design on a photo of your arm, forearm, shoulder, back, chest, leg, or another visible area. Compare vertical and horizontal layouts, large and small versions, and the amount of skin around the motif. MAKE A REFERENCE FOR YOUR ARTIST Save the versions you want to discuss and turn a selected concept into a clean tattoo stencil or reference sheet. Add notes about the preferred style, position, size, line weight, color, shading, and parts that must stay. EXPLORE TATTOO STYLES Use style names as directions, not as a checklist. Try minimalist and fine line for light small tattoos; blackwork or tribal for strong shapes; Japanese or Irezumi for waves, koi, and dragons; geometric and sacred geometry for measured structure; realism or portrait for faces and animals; old school or neo-traditional for bold flash language; watercolor or abstract for loose color; lettering and tattoo fonts for words; dotwork and mandala for detailed repeated patterns. WHO IT HELPS - Someone choosing a first tattoo and comparing ideas before booking. - A tattoo enthusiast planning a small piece, arm tattoo, back piece, or sleeve direction. - A creative person who wants a meaningful tattoo from a story or symbol. - A tattoo artist looking for early-stage reference material and layout options. - Anyone who wants to see a fake tattoo placement before deciding on permanent ink. PRACTICAL NOTES Use a clear photo with even light when checking placement. Keep the original sketch and the generated variations so you can explain what changed. Ask your tattoo artist about scale, skin, color, line spacing, hygiene, and aftercare. FREQUENT QUESTIONS Can the generated image be tattooed as-is? Usually it needs adjustment. Your tattoo artist should adapt the design to the body area, needle technique, readable line spacing, color, and long-term wear. Does the photo preview show the final result? No. It helps compare position and proportion. The final tattoo depends on the artist, skin, ink, body movement, lighting, and healing. What is available without a subscription? You can browse styles and try parts of the creation flow. Subscription access may include more AI generations, sketch enhancement, and Virtual Tattoo Try-On. Check the offer shown in the app before confirming.
