InSan PIAT adalah aplikasi yang membantu orang tua/wali tetap terhubung dengan santri melalui panggilan suara dan video real-time, sekaligus memantau informasi dan perkembangan santri selama berada di pesantren /sekolah berasrama. Panggilan suara dan video real-time: Orang tua/wali dapat menerima panggilan VoIP dari santri untuk komunikasi rutin maupun kebutuhan komunikasi yang mendesak. Panggilan masuk menyediakan pilihan 'Terima' dan 'Tolak' agar orang tua/wali dapat segera merespons saat aplikasi berjalan di latar belakang atau perangkat terkunci. Monitoring perkembangan santri: Orang tua/wali dapat melihat informasi yang disediakan oleh bagian Madrasah dan Pengasuhan mengenai kegiatan, pengumuman, dan perkembangan santri dalam proses KBM.
