The old Chinese calendar divides the year into 24 solar terms (节气, jiéqì), each about fifteen days long. Every term has its own weather, its own signs in nature, and its own traditional advice for how to eat, live and practise. Seasons of Qi is a quiet almanac of the 24 solar terms in your pocket.
